"Avoid if you dont want to be late! Booked a taxi for 7:20 rang up a good half and hour before to book it, the taxi didnt turn up until 7:39, the operator kept saying the taxi was on its way and blamed the icy road for a delay but the driver told me he only got the job a few mins ago wont use it again! GT cars are more reliable and professional!"
"Terrible service. Booked a taxi for going to the hospital. The driver didn't arrive, no operator picked the call. Had to cancel in the end as I was running late for my operation. Will not recommend to anyone and wil never use their service again. 11th November 2022 at 7 am to QMC ENT"
"This is not the fault of the drivers or lady operating the phones, who was very apologetic. I ordered a car at 7:30 for a 8:15 pick-up. I got assigned a driver at 8:15 miles away and then lost them. After ringing I was told just another 10 minutes. 45 minutes later at 9, still no indication of being given a driver. I got an Uber instead which is a shame. Local business is letting us down."
