We went in with no idea about what we needed and the young guy (apologies for not knowing your name) who served us was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. We didn't feel like we were getting a hard sell at all, and he helped us find the perfect travel system and car seat to order. We were also there for ages & he let us try out the different options to see what suited us best. We've driven by Baby Nest countless times before but never needed to go in until now, and I am so glad we did. Highly recommended!"
