"DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS WHAT EVER U DO PEOPLE!! Absolutely rubbish used them for my parole and it was like I didn’t even have a solicitor present, I did all the hard work. They don’t listen to how you would like to be represented they just don’t listen and do it their way. Also I was eligible for my parole from last year May and never sat my parole board until February this year, I would ring this company up every single week when I was inside to see if they had manage to secure me a parole date and it took them 9 whole months to get me a date and even when I got my date the representations where very poor. Why did it take them so long to secure me a date? Who was chasing this matter up for me to secure me a date? Clearly no one because this company do not care about the customer they only care about that pay check! I’ve been in and out of the prison system most of my life now and as an ipp prisoner It is important u need a good solicitor who are willing to fight your corner. These solicitors WILL NOT fight your corner and WILL NOT try to get you out when you are eligible and supposed to. To SIMON HOWLAND and the rest team STOP ruining people’s life’s and do your job! How would you feel to be left in limbo with no one fighting your corner. I know and have met a lot a people in the time I spent in custody and will make sure everyone is aware of your firms inadequate services."
