Also was charging me for the person that was sat in the room (also didn't tell me) Now I have £800-£900 pound to pay for nothing! Poor and unprofessional!! "I struggled to find this as it is in the city and I’ve never been before but there is ample parking once you’re there. It is near a tram stop so public transport is an option for those that don’t drive. Very professional and polite staff welcome you as you enter the building. The solicitors are down to earth and make you feel at ease as soon as you start talking to them."
