We understand that there can be many dependencies when completing a house purchase but we would expect a response to queries that they should be able to answer. The solicitor assigned to our purchase had left the company meaning our purchase was moved to the Beeston branch and we were not informed until a few months later after continuously chasing for information This purchase has been a stressful process and Ellis-Fermor & Negus have done nothing to make it easier.
