"Very disappointed. Do not trust as a pharmacy. I feel that certain staff don't know there jobs. After 1 week of requesting from GP and day lewis receiving my prescription I went to collect.They looked on there computer and said they had not received It. I contacted my GP and they had proof they had. The health centre contacted the pharmacy only to be told that 1st maybe it was a surname issue, which It wasn't as I confirmed it when I was at the pharmacy. 2nd that i had already collected it, WHAT!. I sometimes forget things but really... That was two lies to try to cover there mistake. After hearing this i returned the following day and surprise surprise they found the items and said maybe the paperwork was mis filed... it's not hard is it. Now moved to pharmacy up the road. I would advise the same as I feel collecting pills is a very serious matter and should not be stressful.......RANT OVER........"
"Absolute Joke- Took me ages to find hand sanitiser on the shelves, only to get home to find it wasn't hand sanitiser it was wound spray? The shelves were not stacked properly and it still stated hand sanitiser on the shelve. Tried to exchange, but refused as this is classed as 'medication' - if it wasn't in the wrong place to begin with then I would have never purchased it (the bottles were exactly the same)!"
