"Staff friendly and helpful, enjoyed the show. Plenty of parking. Unable to pre-book choice of seats. Seats were uncomfortably narrow, creaky, and squashed together."
"Very poor sound on 1st half. My mum couldn't hear anything. But much better in 2nd half. Susie Dent Show"
"Completely inaccessible. There's no public transport that stops near by. To get here we had to walk down dark, deserted paths and roads with barely any lighting. The Quad is hidden away in a dark and scary campus with no signs or indication of where it was ( even using Google maps). The only way we found it was by asking the nice lads in the campus shop. As a female and as a disabled person, this location is appalling. It amazes me that a university campus is allowed to be so poorly lit, impossible to get to without a car and not accessible for disabled people. If something had happened to myself or my support staff, no-one would have even known. It is a genuinely terrifying experience trying to find this venue at night...and this was on a Saturday!! I've never experienced such a poor university campus. Clearly safety and inclusion means little to Marjons or The Quad Theatre. There were only around 50 people at the event but they had to shut the quad bar before the show had even started because they didn't have enough stock?!? Basically because it was an outside event, The Quad Theatre couldn't be bothered to set anything up. I'm not even sure how, from a risk assessment/health and safety point of view, this venue is even allowed to be open. Please don't go."
"A great venue. Small place but you are close to the show. Staff are welcoming and drink prices are reasonable. Been a couple of times now and never disappointed."
"Surprisingly good venue, though taking I still find it amazing plastic bottled drinks have to be poured out, 'H&S' to the forefront. Bathroom facilities in need of a refurb!"
