"Absolutely Rubbish customer Relations..!! I had a very bad experience with this business. I had been in touch with this company since june. They visited me for the initial tour. Gave me a date and cancelled a day before because there was no child arrangement for Emily’s son. They gave me another date and then cancelled on the day saying they had a flat tyre. Then I contacted again and they were on a holiday. They did not contact me for 10 days after coming back (they said they would) and when I contacted them, they said they have no time to fit in new clients. I believe I should have been the priority after the flat tyre/ holiday as they were the once who cancelled. We finally stopped messaging in August after 3 months of stalling around. I would not recommend this business simply because of ZERO Business Ethics. They have read my reviews everywhere (nextdoor, yell) and have no courtesy to acknowledge them either."
