"was getting a really bad smell from a manhole in the conservatory over an extended period of time and eventually water started to seep from the cover, so I knew I had a problem. I spoke to Daniel about the issue and to arrange a date. Soon after I received an online quote for the work. On the day Daniel contacted me beforehand to let me know that they would be arriving on time. Let me say, first of all that they were amazing . The manhole cover was badly stuck, and when lifted the manhole was found to be completely full and the drain seriously blocked with wipes . None of this put Daniel and Sam off. They kept at it and three hours later having inspected all of the neighbours drains and continually attempted to unblock the drain a miracle happened, and it started to flow away. They were professional, friendly and communicated the problems extremely well .Nothing was too much trouble, and I would not hesitate recommending them and will definitely be using them again ."
