"Went into the Nottingham Store on a Sunday afternoon to see which bikes/spin bikes they had a available. The staff were happy for us to sit on and try the bikes. We were first spoken to by Ken and then when we had a made a decision we were dealt with by Dominic who was very helpful. The bike we opted for wasn't in stock but we placed our order and it arrived 5 working days later. The bike was easier to assemble that I thought it would be and I am very happy with the bike and service recieved."
