"Yeah just go to Lichfield boley Park co-op gym Lichfield fitness gym and it's quite next to the chippy and the gold and the cafe are going to all of them the chippy is going to be open soon and I enjoyed going to the gym it was a good workout and you'll get and a good workout with all your muscle parts of your body some machines are confusing but if you ask someone to show you how to use it and I'll give you the can give you a tour all of the building and how to use the machines so yeah yeah."
"With Burntwood being closed we decided to go to the Friary, it's an effort to get fitter, we were quite excited about going, and I hadn't been for many years, I was hugely disappointed with how dirty the pool was, and the changing rooms, the overall feel of the place was a little dilapidated. I can cope with outdated, but the pool and the changing felt dirty, there was a mass of hair in the filters, grey scum on the tiles and bits floating."
