"This chemist is an absolute disgrace. In the present situation there response to telephone calls is to not answer. Then when you try to ring again they purposely take the phone off the hook. We have been trying to contact this chemist for four days and the same happens everyday we have tried to contact them. We are self isolating due to health issues and cannot get any information on prescription delivery so now have no other option than to risk myself by going to the premises to collect our medication. They should at least take calls to explain the proceedure they have in place."
