"I'm very disappointed with the service provided. We had two overhead heaters installed and only one is working. The other trips each time we switch it on. This fault was reported immediately to Roger. He told me the heater (new) was faulty but he would take a look after a few weeks. He has not returned and does not return my phone calls. He wanted money up front and immediate payment. I obliged. Expensive and uncaring."
