"I visited today 30/12/2020, for medication! As I have a genuine exemption, I was not wearing a mask as I am NOT required to do so, however, I was asked to wear a mask. It was at this point that I informed them of my exemption. However, instead of accepting my explanation, the lady continued to harass me until yet another 'staff' member joined in with the harassment even telling me that they wouldn't serve me unless I stood outside (in the freezing cold) I explained that I knew my rights and that harassment is considered a hate crime! The lady continued and I left without purchasing the much need medication! Avoid this Pharmacy if you can, this matter will be taken further!"
