"Beautiful historic building, with fantastic, friendly, helpful hosts, nothing is too much trouble, made me feel right at home.."
"Beautiful old building, had a tour of the bed and breakfast property and the owner gave my group a talk on the previous owners and famous guests. Blue plaque to the longest reigning Lord Mayor in the UK and the man who created the minutes silence. Great hosts."
"What can I say about this place? It's the best hotel.i have ever stayed in! Upon arrival I was met by Tim who welcomed me. Showed me around and was a really nice and welcoming guy. I stayed in the Lincoln room. The room was really nice with a great bed and an en suite. It was really really clean. And had tea making facilities as well as fresh milk and water every single day. The only negative I would give is that there is no heating in the room so can be cold in the evenings and mornings. There is a great coastal road near the hotel which will take you to Whiteabbey which has a Chippy and a Spar if needed. Everything else a car is needed to to further afield."
"Very nice room, spacious, with a great view and good amenities. We had a separate bathroom and we felt uncomfortable with the half naked girls plastered all over the bathroom, unnecessary decor that takes the look of the furnishings. Also found items of clothing and underwear in the bed side table and wardrobe. Other than that the service was very good, very friendly, breakfast was delicious, and couldn't fault the poached eggs. Electric blanket was a nice touch. I would stay again if there was an en suite available."
"My first visit to Northern Ireland and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Lovely friendly hosts, wonderful house with amazing decor, breakfasts were legendary ! The attention to detail is great, no effort has been spared to ensure that a stay is comfortable and relaxed."
