"Thankyou for your help this morning you have confirmed my faith that big concerns don't care about anyone disabled. My mum rang this morning as my parents were going to be late by 5 or 10mins. To be told by an employee not to bother coming as the appointment could not be held. My mum is 84 and my father is 85 my dad has muscular dystrophy type 2 and cannot walk. MD type 2 is extremely rare if you wish to google. But don't worry we got sorted with specsavers who are going to do a home visit. We will not be back."
"Appalling service this morning. Had an appointment at 1130. Walked in 10 mins early tried on some glasses, no one helped. Took a seat at 1130 (appointment time) no-one approached me. Sat until 1145 and walked out. Not one member of staff asked if they could help or even who I was, if this is how they treat able-bodied customers I shudder to think of the service a disabled customer would get..."
