"No amount of praise will do this little jewel justice. The hotel is located at a convenient location with very easy access into town centre in either direction of Bangor or Belfast. The staff are super friendly and really do go out of their way to provide excellent service. The restaurant is a quirky setup which serves delicious food and that is only complimented by the passion of the staff there. Would highly recommend!!"

"We had quite a wish list when it came to finding the perfect venue for our wedding day but the Clandeboye Lodge exceeded it. From the first communication, through to arriving for our big day, we were always welcomed like old friends, with big open arms and instantly made to feel at home. It's so much more than a hotel venue, with its homely decor, quirky yet intimate spaces and attentive staff. We loved that they had a 1 wedding per day policy, and the convenience of having everything for the weekend in one place given that the majority of our guests were travelling over from England. We kicked off our wedding weekend with an intimate and delicious dinner with our family and friends in the Coq and Bull Brasserie which really set the tone for the rest of our time at the Clandeboye. We opted for the Love Winter package, which we were able to tailor with ease to what we wanted from our day. The Blackwood Suite which had all the vibes of a church but in a much more relaxed and intimate setting was the perfect backdrop to our ceremony and the quirky layout played in our favour, being able to provide a quiet corner for the all the families with small children and babies that may need to make a quick exit. Being able to live stream the ceremony downstairs to the Sheridan Suite made sure no one missed out and also allowed for some of our guests to join us from afar too was so special and meant the world to us to have them with us virtually! To be able to enjoy the company of our friends and family around the courtyard firepit was perfect during our November wedding too, before partying the night away in the Clandeboye Suite. The staff and food are the real highlights of the Clandeboye though - nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was throughout the weekend! And the accommodation was excellent - home away from home! If you want something personal, tailored to you with standout food and the best in the business staff then the Clandeboye Lodge is the venue for you - you'll have no regrets! "Lovely hotel, comfy beds and the staff are fantastic. We went for lunch at the ‘5 star’ Culloden Hotel up the road and we were shocked by how bad the service was there compared to the amazing standards set by the Clandeboye Lodge. Thoroughly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed"
