We contacted Stowfords for advice and they sent an engineer, who instantly agreed there was a problem with the chair. He returned to Stowfords to investigate and promptly contacted us to confirm he had ordered the necessary parts and would be along soon to carry out the repairs. However the service was first rate, within a short time of being attended to by Linda ( who was so friendly, nice and a thoroughly lovely person) I was actually interested!!!
