"The receptionists were kind friendly and informative also very sympathetic and respectful. Sadly I had to have a beloved guinea pig put to sleep. The vet we saw was brilliant with my lovely Pepe. She really cared and although putting him down was the best decision for him she was so loving toward my baby boy that although I couldn't be with him when he was being put to sleep I knew he was being very well cared for and not alone when he did go. I'm incredibly grateful to her and the receptionist staff that we saw after who were quietly respectful. Everywhere was remarkably clean and I'll always take my pets there when they need emergency care. Just a shame they don't offer the same services on a weekend. Saturday or Sunday emergency's are dealt with by Oldbury which is too far for us to travel to."

Mark the Vat and John the Nurse went to the absolute limit for her and all with dignity, kindness and an informed and pleasant attitude.
