Rent increased twice in less than a year, even though they knew it would put us under financial hardship. Refused to accept notice as they wanted a extra months rent out of me. Then lied to ncc council tax claiming they hadnt received notice nor the keys to the property. Luckily i had proof to prove otherwise. They will fail your inspections over the smallest things, they fail to keep records over things, example, i had written consent to redecorate, yet they claimed i hadnt during a inspection. "I've been looking at getting into property investment for a while now and so have been reading through different websites and forums trying to soak up information. It was very refreshing to talk to someone in the know, who wasn't trying to upsell anything. All in all I was there for about 3 hours.
