"Our experience with whitegates as tenants has so far been great. Really good communication from viewing to moving in. We had big issues finding a house to rent at the time, with properties selling out sometimes within minutes due to demand and after visiting many estate agents whitegates helped us with a viewing. The contract signing and paperwork was made as easy as possible and we moved in a few week later. The maintenance team have responded very quickly to issues, usually arriving the next day. Big thanks to Marie for quickly organising someone to attend and fix a leak we had recently. Only area that could be improved would be to tidy up the general appearance of the properties before tenants move in. Ours could have done with a quick paint job as areas of paint had flaked off the walls and generally looked worn and tired. However overall I would certainly recommend whitegates for anyone looking to rent."
