"I went for a Rotator Cuff Tear. Staff where very polite and understood the problem. However the exercises he gave me put way too much load on my shoulder. He suggested exercises using my body weight which was too soon for the severity of my injury. A separate physio suggested rest and minimal movement shoulder exercises and my shoulder got much better. Seemed like a great place to go, just wasn't as helpful for my injury."
