"Ordered a mirrored dressing table and two bedside cabinets. Dressing table (order number 2834) arrived super quickly and very happy with the item. Bedside cabinets (order number 2833) I have been waiting for since ordering beginning of December 2022 and still nothing. Every time get a different story with a promise of call back and that was beginning of February 2023. Very upsetting as £600 is not a small amount to pay to get some sort of a customer service. This has now gone for a dispute with the bank. So if ordering be prepared you may have an issue. Problem now I can't find anywhere else bedside cabinets that match the table :-("

"From the offset, Taf was brilliant and so helpful. From our first visit to the store to choose the perfect sofa, he was so helpful, going through answering all our questions and pointing us in he right direction. He was patient whilst we made our minds up & was honest regarding Christmas delivery times. Although we was given up to a 4 week wait, we had our sofa sat in our living room within a week of ordering and paying. We couldn’t have asked for better timing with it and certainly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would recommend and use again 100%."
