"As an owner of a 2018 Elddis Buccaneer where the Ozio foam, that this company used, started sagging within weeks of ownership. No point in going to the trouble of a warranty claim as we would have only received the same rubbish again. It is cheap and nasty. The company now prominently states on their website that they only deal with the trade. Obviously they were tired at the amount of end consumers complaining to them. This company does not deserve to survive. Take note folks, if you go to look at a new caravan or motorhome, just check the labels on the soft furnishings. If it reads 'Leisure Furnishings', then just walk away and find a manufacturer with some pride. Very Poor!"
"I had a minor stitching problem on one of the sofa seat cushions in my new Elddis Accordo 105. It was reported under warranty to the dealership. Within 48 hrs I had a call from Lynne at Leisure Furnishings. She sent packaging by post then arranged collection. It was then returned to me perfect in just a few days. I was kept updated by Lynne who has been excellent throughout. Top marks to this company."
"This company should not be supplying Elddis/Buccaneer Caravans, There quality is very poor and even under warranty they are so in professional it’s unbelievable, 35k on a caravan and the seats have gone saggy, they really do need to get a grip with quality. Please be aware this is a very poor company to deal with especially when it comes to poor cheap foam they put in the cushions."
"This company should not be supplying Elddis Motorhomes , the quality is poor and even under warranty they are so in professional it’s unbelievable, Alison who ever she is in this really poor company should not be representing them , I am about to purchase a New Swift Holiday Home but if I find that this company is connected to swift and is making the cushions I will be cancelling the purchase. Please be aware this is not a good company to deal with especially when quality breaks down and your looking to have your cushions repaired . They have been so qukward it is unbelievable .Elddis should dump this company and find another cheap is not the answer . Don’t use this company . I wish I could give no stars as they deserve."
