"I called GG sparkleklean as I was going on holiday and wanted my house to have a spring clean it was short notice and they come and gutted my house I come back to an amazing fresh house. My carpets was cleaned as requested and they look like new. My neighbor's said they was here longer than four hours that was payed and they never charged any extra. I would highly recommend both Gail and Georgina for there work and how polite they are couldn't have done it better myself. "I only used GG SparkleKlean once but it was the worst cleaning experience i have had in 20 years of renting homes. I asked them to do a changeover for a holiday rental and was unable to get to check it so had to trust they would do a good job. Unfortunately I had refund the guest's money after she showed me a bed with a fresh stain on the under sheet and the sheets and pillows strewn with long black hairs. The bottom of the shower also had hair in it. Georgia lives next door so I asked if she could come over and take a look. I waited and got a message saying she had come, waited and left - I was at the house and she had a code for the door. I then sent her this message "I would really like to talk about this. One of the beds wasn't changed last time. I am going to lose my ratings and have had to refund money. Basically it could ruin my business for the summer" - I then received texts telling me I was really rude and because I was so rude they would never clean for me again and never wanted to talk to me again. I have asked and asked for them to meet me in person and so they can see I am not being rude and just want to discuss the problem but Georgia refuses to take any responsibility for bad work and just tries to switch the blame onto either me or the existing guest who she is saying is lying (she didn't have black hair so...) - her final explanation was that maybe the clean sheets picked up the stains and hair from the dirty floor. I think this says it all. I am very sad to say that I definitely cannot recommend them."
