"Just visited this branch and was told to leave because I wasn't wearing a mask I offered to show my medical exemption but the deputy manager didn't want to see it, I've never experienced this type of discrimination before"
"Initially, stated it wasn't possible to return items (to Saltash) if purchased from another Wolseley branch, then tried to charge 10% for restocking (per T&Cs on their wesite no charges apply to consumer purchases). Along with inconsistent and rude service, and limited stock (what their system says and the staff can 'find' on the shelf are two different things), you'd be better off buying elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and some money too!"
