"On arrival into car park, large sign saying if you shop here we will offer discount and or free parking. Put display ticket on windscreen as instructed for the length of time shopping. Bought shopping, at this point we were informed that do you have the parking permit with us. I said no as it had to be displayed. I got this reply well off you run to the car and I will do it now, clearly I didn't. So moral of story wait. I don't care."
"Excelent . Good selection of products. They have Everything and prices are good and free delivery"
"It's a handy useful food shop. With decent prices still.. of course not on all items, but enough to pop there if you are price checking/ comparing prices with other shops."
"Excellent shop. I either buy instore or get a delivery. Great range of products and some good offers. Always found staff friendly and helpful."
"Great wee shop, but after what I've witnessed today, I am shocked by how customers behave in here, particularly towards staff. There are always items abandoned at tills by customers who are too lazy to put it back where it belongs, and I don't know how any of these people have made it as far as they have in life with such a lack of basic spatial awareness and common sense. I've seen people queueing and unpacking shopping at tills with big red "TILL CLOSED" signs, and trying to climb the rope despite no one being at that till. Earlier today in particular, I was in the queue and witnessed a man and his family in doing a shop, and I am beyond disgusted by how this man who was probably in his 50s spoke to the young girl on tills, who couldn't have been any older than 25. She was beginning to serve the next customer as a queue was forming, and despite how I saw her serve this family while the customer in front of them was packing, and they spent more time talking to this other customer than packing, the man felt the need to walk up to the girl and tell her that it was "rude to serve other people while his family was still packing up their shopping" in a nasty, horrible tone. I hope this man is reading this review, because you should be completely ashamed of how you spoke to her, and reduced her to tears over some groceries in front of your young children, wife, and other customers. I've also seen older customers specifically complaining and causing scenes over price increases to the workers, as if they are the ones deciding the prices. The same goes for the queues, it's not their fault that it is understaffed, and I can imagine they don't particularly enjoy the big queues either, just be prepared to have to wait sometimes and grow the f*** up. I hate to give such a low review to a local shop with such great deals and very friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately, I have been put off completely by the actual specimens that I have seen in this place and I don't think I'll be back. I used to work in a supermarket, I can tell you now that it costs nothing to have manners and respect for workers."
