"I have been shopping at this store for many years and find it a relaxed place to shop. On the whole the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the young members of staff. There is one older member of staff who seems to perhaps be a supervisor who can be found at the very temperamental self service check outs. She is a very unsmiling person who seems to resent being asked for help, which is always the case with those check outs. Because of this I tend to avoid that area. She let's the other staff down and perhaps would be better moved into the background."
