"Shocking level of customer service. Was meant to have a bed delivered, was called with less than 24 hours notice to say it was being delivered the next day between 8-11. We had active tracking to say we were next to be delivered to. Delivery never appeared. Stayed in all day to wait for it. Tried calling the mobile number provided multiple times, no response. Never received a single phone call from the delivery team asking how to find my house. Yet to receive any contact from the company to apologise and arrange further delivery. Absolutely shocking."
"Delivery guys were fantastic. They were timely, called me half hour before delivery as advised. As I couldn't stay home at the time of delivery, they delivered the item to my neighbour as requested and even took the very heavy full sized mirror inside their home positioning it in a safe manner for my collection later.
