"Perfect 5 star service from a local company. I could not have expected more from Timely Travel Taxi. The first time I have used airport transport and it has opened my eyes. We were collected from our home and dropped right outside departures at Manchester airport. Garry was friendly and courteous to my family and we all felt safe in the car. The vehicle was immaculately clean and very comfy with lots of room. On return we landed early but Garry was ready and waiting to collect us from outside arrivals. All our bags were loaded for us and we were delivered back home once again from a safe journey. Communication from Garry was spot on and we knew exactly what was happening. A big thank you to Garry for looking after us and we will definitely use Timely Travel Taxi again."

"We used Garry to take us to and from Birmingham Airport. The collection was at 3am in the morning and Garry was very prompt and actually ten minutes early. He was just as efficient when picking us up and was on time collecting us five minutes after we collected our bags. His minibus was immaculately clean and he went above and beyond in holding onto our kids car seats whilst we were away having them ready on collection. Great service, I would highly recommend Garry."

"Advertises as a taxi service, they rarely answer the phone, if you do get through they can't decide if to take your booking, make excuses not to do a booking. My husband and I have phoned this person a few times and they have declined our booking. I have lived in Burntwood all my life for a company who advertises as professional and experienced never herd of them, thought we would try a new company as others are always booked. then find out it's not a company but a one man band just starting up. Their advertising and amateur website is misleading to how long they have been trading, reliability is to be questioned if they cant put themselves out when needed. nowhere does it state they only do a certain type of bookings, or they don't do local bookings in the Burntwood area. last time we needed a minibus for 6 because it was only a short journey for our son's birthday, he sounded on the phone like it's not worth his time, We shall not bother again phoning."
