"Booked to drop my frail elderly mum to the outpatients at QE. Driver couldn't find it and ordered my mum out as he had another job to go to ( collecting someone from the entrance to the hospital). ! She had no idea where she was and struggled for half an hour with her walking stick. Was late for her appointment too. Should be ashamed . Avoid"
"Drop off was fine , pick up was a joke ,8 of us was dropped and we had to pre pay to be picked back up,only a 7 seater bus came ,leaving one person to sit on the floor illegally so we refused , they refused to send us the appropriate car to take us and we had to sit in the cab and refuse till the driver refunded us, then he accused us of breaking his seat belt ,we was left stranded with young children in middle of nowhere after leaving a wedding party we had been too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TAKE NOTE OF THE OTHER REVIEWS"
"Regulalry use them, booked a return to Cannock for a show. Advised the driver that took me that would call them when came out of the show. Called at 10:10PM to be rudely told,we don't come to Cannock, when I asked how come as I make this trip with them regulalry and how do they expect me to get home, the phone was slammed down on me!!!! Would have been no stars,but driver that took me was good ... woman left stranded outside on her own to find alternative taxi, not good enough"
"Its like playing the lucky dip with them. I book regularly through the app and taxis are late 80% of the time. When I call the woman on the phone is always super rude and patronising, saying that they're busy and that I shouldn't book it though the app because it doesn't tell me how busy they are. When previously though, I rang them to make a booking she told me I should do it through the app if I want it precooked or to pay by card. Ridiculous responses everything when my only question to her ever was to give me an estimate for how much longer I got to wait so I can notify my work. All I ever got is "we are too busy at the moment love""
