"Talbots was recommended to me by Connells (Estate Agency). It was a disaster! Living in Germany and selling a property in England which finally collapsed (I withdrew) due to the unbelievable lack of service, support and advice from Talbots. The one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. I ended up doing the vast majority of the work myself and that from oversees! They asked for documents they had already received, they were not available on the phone and would not call back (apparently as being in Germany, although for other solicitors this is not an issue), I had a change of solicitor during the sale and she asked questions which had previously been answered, and new ones on top. A constant change of contact persons. In my personal opinion It really was a ludicrous situation."
