However the one item I did intentionally go in for didn't seem to be out on the shelves, when I asked a member of staff if it was available I was quickly dismissed without even checking the stock for me. I looked online and it said the store had it in stock. When I called the store I spoke to a lovely member of staff who went above and beyond. She actually looked for me and even provided me a voucher that gave me free delivery to my home address. This was the only time I spoke with a rude member of staff. I didn't give her name as she did look busy, and it wasn't worth bringing her name up as she could have been having a bad day. This store is still fantastic. Thank you. Xxxx"
