"Friendly staff but web site poor, called in to see the bathrooms they have as advertised on their site but they don't have anything. After speaking with staff there hasn't been one there for years. We were given a large bathroom book to take away for ideas."
"Disgraceful... wanted 4x2 for studwork .. they had none?? They did have tanalised so I took 4 lengths at 2.4m. Went into store presented my trade card and was asked for £48 !! Was told that tanalised was cheaper than normal cls?? And that it has gone up you know !!! I said I would leave it then and was told they would " price it " ?? I said I would leave it and got " whatever " from behind the counter .... went up to b and q and got what I needed at a lot ( and I mean a lot) less than travis. I have used travis for many years but after this I will go elsewhere .shame I cannot leave negative stars because that's what this branch deserves ..... very poor."
"Visited this site today has I needed a internal door 33 wide. I was approached by a member of staff Luke who checked to see if they had stock of the doors which they did. He took me straight to the doors then to the checkout great help. Great to see that the staff are on hand ready to help. Thank you"
"I phoned ten times over 3 days to make an order, but everytime I was diverted to answerphone. So I went to the TP site at Langley Mill to try to buy materials. The employee at the gate said they had the materials I wanted, but I needed to phone the order in!! I just left and bought my materials at another supplier. I won't be going back."
