"Went into Nottingham neitherfeild store this morning around 10:45, older gentleman and a women with black hair behind the counter. Talking amongst themselves. I wasn't acknowledged at all...when I scanned my trade qr code the man then acknowledged I was there and just stared blankly like he had no idea and that I had done something wrong by interrupting him! I swiftly walked out and straight into SCREWFIX where I was greeted friendly. Poor poor performance and will definitely head to screwfix first at neithfield Nottingham."
