"My daughter went for a haircut. Came home with a large stain on the front of her new (expensive) sweatshirt. No colour was applied to her hair but there must have been something on the robe because the front of the sweatshirt now has a large bleach type ring stain and is completely unwearable. She has just been back to the salon to ask to see the robe, they have denied any culpability and have offered no compensation. My daughter didn’t confront them at the time as she didn’t notice until she got into the car. But I noticed as soon as she came home. They actually had the nerve to suggest she arrived with the sweatshirt stained! As if! Very very poor show RL Beauty. Poor show. This shouldn’t have happened and the way you handled it was appalling."
