"I don’t normally write any negative reviews but I’m annoyed with how much time I’ve wasted on this and the way I was treated. I rang up 2 weeks ago to book in a package, booked it in, then was told I’d be sent through a deposit link. Never got it, so rang back a week later to say it never came through. A different person on the other end sent it through but it was more than what I’d been told before. So I rang back again and spoke to first woman (not sure if she’s the manager as I didn’t get names), and I was told that the prices had gone up. The woman on the phone was actually really rude. She told me it doesn’t matter what you booked it in for, it’s the new price now, so either pay it or cancel, so rang back 2 days before to cancel in the end. This is bad customer service, I’m all for businesses putting their prices up, I have no problem paying new prices, but it was the principle of it that I booked it in at that price and then no one even told me it would be more until I rang up! So I would’ve rocked up and only found out on arrival if I hadn’t rang! Plus the attitude of the woman, I just didn’t feel comfortable getting energy or body work done by a business that treats and speaks to their customers in this way. Kind of surprised because the other reviews are positive, maybe I just had a bad experience, I was going to give them benefit of the doubt but if someone shows you their true colours, believe them the first time. It’s such a shame because I was so excited to get this done and I was so looking forward to it. They’ve wasted my time, and this sort of attitude may work for them in the short term but they’ll lose out on my business and my partners. I’ll go elsewhere."
