"Avoid like plague, agreed price for cleaning whole house and lounge deep carpet cleaning. Also informed my deadline. Apart from windows wiped down and carpets hoovered (my own hoover was used, thyey did not have any) and lounge carpet washed cleaned, nothing was touched. The toilet was not even looked at and Kitchen cupboards were not even opened let alone the over and so on. I called straightaway to complain and was informed they made a mistake, which is understandable and was told to call 9am next day. Called and booked for 3 pm. Called several times on around 3 pm, no answer at all. Be careful as I learnt the hard-way as I have parted money in cash. I had to clean the whole home myself today from 8am to 7pm without lunch. Therefore, you can imagine my frustration. Dodgy people and state that they are legitimate business."
