"The communication with this company is so BAD it is beyond belief. Never have I ever dealt with a company with as poor customer service as this one. I placed an order with the Sports Shop in April. I talked to the owner, Grant, who very gently approved that he knew what he was doing. After that, they ignored my emails and phone calls. I even went to the shop a couple of times and was given no answers. It took them two months to finally tell me the truth on the phone: they couldn't do my order! This left me behind on work; I wasted two months of my time. They had a piece of fabric I dropped off two months earlier, which I obviously needed back after being let down. I had no response about it either! I got blanked again for a couple of weeks until they said they had it and told me to pick it up. I went to the shop, and they tried to hand me something completely different and lied, saying that was what I gave them. I literally gave up. They not only let me down badly, but they also lost my fabric and didn't even offer to pay for it. DISAPPOINTING! Don't waste your time."
