"Not quite sure how this place is rated 5 stars when their patient care is horrendous. Being pregnant, dental is very important. I rang this place due to the reviews and my experience was awful. When informing the receptionist I was pregnant she lightly sighed and after a few moments said I would get free dental. I ignored this and went to my appointment 3 weeks later to then be embarrassed in the waiting room that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier which it wasn't. I am very organised and write everything down and for them to insinuate I forgot, disturbed me. It was clear from then that this dentist only cares about the money and not the wellbeing of others. What a shame. Huge disappointment. I feel very sad I have been treated this way."
