"Unfortunately after a very bad experience where protyre cracked my alloy, I chose through RAC to have the tyre fitted at Protye plymouth. From the start I knew this a bad choice being met with a bad attitude and a receptionist who clearly has no customer service skills. I was then told my booking slot isn't valid as RAC bookings aren't legitimate. I'm never using protyre again."
