As a service Jaz leads from the top and is unfailingly helpful, polite and patient. As a result they all treat you like a person and not a source of income, They have worked throughout the current pandemic to provide their usual level of service. Finally, John, the chap who does the home deliveries is a credit to the ethos of the business, being polite, friendly and always looking out for the welfare of those he visits. I called in the morning to see if they could help- by midday they said it would be there the same day. Very helpful and rare to have a pharmacy as helpful as this when it comes to forgotten meds. "If I could rate 0 stars I would. The service here is abominable. On 6 separate occasions they have failed to have my repeat prescription ready. The pharmacist is very confrontational and when asked "Didn't you say it would be here by Wednesday?" I was told with a raised voice "You did it late in the week , it will be here tomorrow!" We have given them a lot of chances and been patient, but they can never accept fault, even then the doctor has sent the prescription there whilst I'm in his office and the pharmacy denies it. Absolute incompetence."
