"I attended the chemist yesteday in a rush for lateral flow test. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful when I asked for her assistance as I was getting late for my appointment and was slighlty panicked. She calmly took me into the patient room and carefully explained step by step the instructions and how to do the lateral flow test, and helped me upload my result onto the government website. I was on time for my hospital appointment as a result of her kind calm helpful nature. Just a shame I forgot her name."

I have found her has good communication skills and is empathic at all times.Well mannered and approachable at all times since I've used the this chemist on the telephone or in person.
