"THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I have two children (one baby and another a toddler) and it’s not as easy for me to go down there dragging them both with me just to ask a question.. don’t understand why they have a contact number if they aren’t going to answer. I phoned 22 times in the space of an hour and still no answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble getting through to them. Prescriptions never ready even though they had been put through the week before, it was either wait 15/20 mins for it or come back again tomorrow.. one prescription they said they don’t even get in so I’d have to go elsewhere"

"Had numerous issues in the past! Latest when doctors instructions on prescription were ignored, after a polite challenge I got nowhere so this time I am voting with my feet and have changed the pharmacy to a more helpful one."
"I put my daughters prescription in with the doctors last week so it would be ready to collect today, I waited 30 minutes to be told they were doing it now, then 10 minutes to be told they didn’t have it in stock and I would have to go elsewhere or I could chance them having it in tomorrow, I said I needed it so I would have the prescription back, then had to wait another 20 minutes to get it, went to Rexalls down the road 10 minutes I walked out with the prescription and registered with them to get my prescriptions sent there. I will take your advice and go elsewhere in the future!"
