"My daughter is autistic and had a bad experience with a different dentist in relation to injections. When getting her filling today, the dentist was patient and explained why she was doing things a certain way. She was calm and reassuring when my daughter started to panic. She has made the dentist a positive experience again. The injection went smoothly and next time will be a lot more relaxed. Definitely an autism friendly practice."
"I'm sharing this review on behalf of my mum. She was the last appointment of the day, and was booked in for a filling. The dentist knowingly put in a filling that wouldn't last, and only informed my mum once she had put it in. This filling fell out within a 1.5 hours, and now my mum has to go back and get the correct filling, which will be at another cost. On top of this, despite my mum informing the dentist that she was hurting her lip, the dentist continued and my mum's lip has now opened into a blister type lesion and is quite infected. It shouldn't be as infected as it is and I am calling into question the cleanliness and practice of the dentist."
