"Terrible service tried to book a holiday last November to Costa Rica with Cannock store not very helpful at all and very abrupt. Rang up yesterday enquiring about Tunisia i was told at 9am someone would call me back 30+ hours later still no return call. I've booked 2 holidays this year 2 weeks in Mexico 1 week in Tunisia, costing over £6000 so happy I didn't give them the business. If I could mark this store zero I would. My recommendation is ring Coventry Tui superstore they are so helpful."
