"Wasted my time. Poor time management from the guys. Booked in a week advance to have my Mercedes MOT'd and serviced. Booked time off work, came in 9.15am, left my car with them, and I was told to come back at 2pm. Came back at 2pm and they hadn't even touched my car. They gave me some poor excuse that the parts weren't available - the part: a filter. You'd think any decent garage doing straightforward and common work would have filters in stock or know how to procure simple parts within a short space of time. To be honest, that was just a excuse for Murray Motors poor time and workload management skills."
