"Very poor, CHARGED £165 for four DREDS! Poorly done no product used no wax nothing. I made clear I wasn't paying that because I had four DREDS! Over the phone talking about what I wanted doing. Spoke the whole way through my appointment on the phone to someone else. Refusing contact back because no where on her site NOW it states £165 for DREDS. I made clear the max I'm paying was £65. I find it funny when we spoke she decided to tell me she was at an appointment and couldn't talk but picked up the phone. Ironic considering she sat on the phone my whole appointment. Hair looks shocking never ever again. I'm getting my money from my bank. Stay away at all costs. Unprofessional trying to be better than what she is*"
