"We had a wonderful time! It was our first time and my daughter has bought me the package for my birthday. Lovely to be offered a coffee while we filled forms in. The massage, facial package was amazing. Both the girls were so good and adapted to suit myself, disabled, and my husband needing firmer pressure. Spa bath was great. Afternoon tea was amazing. All the staff were helpful, friendly and keen to make sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back, after I’ve recovered from my operation on Monday. Thank you"

It was a shaky start as I believe there was an error to our booking, but as soon as that was smoothed out, I couldn't thank the staff enough for a perfect celebratory day.
