"I’ve been using them for about a year and have loved them until a few months ago. They are too understaffed and don’t inform you about the wait due to this. Today is the second time this has happened in the last few months and I was waiting for over an hour before i was served due to there only being 3 members of staff. If this is the case where they are understaffed then customers should be made aware of this when they arrive and should be told about the ridiculous wait or the salon should just not be open when they are this understaffed or should be turning people away to avoid upset customers. Other than these issues everything else is perfect - the nails are lovely, staff are usually friendly and they take their time. However, I will be finding somewhere else from now on where I don’t have to wait for over an hour to be served."

"Fantastic nails everytime. Never disappoints! Only downside is that it is always busy and really hope they manage the booking system more appropriately as it causes workers to become pressured to finish as quickly as possible, oftentimes unrealistically. But fabulous job nevertheless!"
